The newly opened Sunnseitn Lodge, inaugurated in 2024, is located in the sunny village of Stuls in Passeier at an altitude of 1,300 meters, nestled in the greenery. Surrounded by meadows and offering a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountain panorama.
A true highlight is the “Mountainsuite” and “Exclusive Panorama” apartments, which consistently delight our guests. Here, they can enjoy relaxation amidst the green mountain meadows and pure wellness in the exclusive infrared sauna and private 37° warm whirlpool on the panoramic terrace.
All apartments are stylishly and high-quality furnished with a modern fitted kitchen, a beautiful bathroom with a washing machine, and a large exclusive terrace.
For those who wish to spend their holiday actively, there are countless options: hikes along the Passer canyon from St. Leonhard to Moos, high-altitude trails to the huts and alpine pastures, the “Stuller Waterfall” via ferrata, and the beautiful mountain lakes above Stuls and on the Timmelsjoch.
Hikes are also possible without a car. Either directly from the Sunnseitn Lodge to the nearby alpine pastures and huts or by bus from Stuls to other villages and hiking destinations in the Passeier Valley.
Even in bad weather, you can enjoy the day with the whirlpool and sauna, nestled in the serene mountain panorama. The proximity to the town of Merano offers further sights, attractions, and activities.

WITH EXCLUSIVE WHIRLPOOL, INFRARED SAUNA AND PANORAMIC TERRACE
The apartment „Exclusive Panorama“ comprises the entire lower floor. Here, on 66 sqm, there is a large living room (30 sqm) with large panoramic windows, modern fitted kitchen and sofa, a bedroom (14 sqm), a children's room with two beds (bunk bed 200×140cm and 200×80cm) as well as a spacious bathroom with bidet. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, and the house is certified as a climate house. On the panoramic terrace (80 sqm) there is an infrared sauna and a whirlpool for three people.
WITH PANORAMIC TERRACE
The apartment "Maria" is located in the middle of the house. Here, on 38 sqm, there is a living kitchen with large panoramic windows, modern fitted kitchen and sofa bed, a bedroom (13 sqm), and a bathroom. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, and the house is certified as a climate house. The terrace (17 sqm) offers a breathtaking view of the directly adjacent mountain meadows and the surrounding Alpine panorama with Plattenspitze (2345 m), Hochwart (2742 m), and Hirzer (2781 m).
WITH EXCLUSIVE WHIRLPOOL, INFRARED SAUNA AND PANORAMIC TERRACE
The apartment „Montainsuite“ comprises the entire floor under the roof. On 77 sqm you will find a large living room (30 sqm) with panoramic windows, modern fitted kitchen and infrared sauna, two bedrooms (each 13.5 sqm), a spacious bathroom and a day toilet with bidet. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, the house is certified as a climate house. On the panoramic terrace (23 sqm) there is an infrared sauna and a whirlpool for two persons.
The prices are per person and night (incl. VAT) plus tourist tax of € 2.30 per apartment and night (children up to 14 years free).
Garage and parking space are included.
